The Coaching Like a Leader Workshop is a 1.5 day program to train leaders to know the difference between telling and coaching. It will increase connection and trust between the coach and the coachee. Leaders will learn to consistently assist employees, build a long-term collaborative relationship with employees, motivate employees to develop their potential and apply coaching skills to solve employees work attitude problems.
